Editing a sync

PowerImporter offers flexibility by allowing you to edit previously created syncs.

How to edit a sync

  1. Access Sync Settings: Navigate to your desired sync within the PowerImporter dashboard.

  2. Edit Option: Locate the "Edit" button associated with the specific sync. Clicking this button will open the configuration settings for that sync.

What you can edit in an Airtable to Webflow sync:

  • Tables Mapping: Edit the mapping between Airtable tables and their corresponding Webflow collections. This allows you to adjust which Airtable tables populate specific Webflow collections.

  • Table Views Mapping: Refine the mapping between Airtable table views and the Webflow items they populate. This enables you to control which specific views within an Airtable table contribute data to your Webflow site.

  • Fields Mapping: Modify the mapping between individual fields in Airtable and their corresponding fields in Webflow. This allows you to define how data from specific Airtable fields populates designated Webflow CMS fields.

  • Refresh Button: Utilize the "Refresh" button (available in step 3 and 4) to upload the latest version of your Airtable data before you re-map.

What you can edit in a CSV to Webflow sync:

  • Unique Identifiers: Edit the chosen field within your CSV file that acts as a unique identifier for each data entry. This identifier is used by PowerImporter to determine if a record needs to be created, updated, or skipped during the sync process.

  • Fields Mapping: Modify the mapping between individual fields in your CSV file and their corresponding fields in Webflow. This allows you to define how data from specific CSV columns populates designated Webflow CMS fields.

What you can edit in a WordPress to Webflow sync:

  • Fields Mapping: Modify the mapping between individual fields in your WordPress posts or pages and their corresponding fields in Webflow. This allows you to define how data from specific WordPress fields populates designated Webflow CMS fields.

  • Refresh Button: Utilize the "Refresh" button (available in step 3 and 4) to upload the latest version of your WordPress data before you re-map.
